The guests

At least 2 people, up to 15 in one request. Two blocks are open to start — use + Add another person for each further guest. A block you have started needs all seven details; press Clear to drop one you did not mean to begin, and any block left completely blank is ignored. Already registered

You're already on the list

You already have a booking at this reception, so we have not created a second one. We have re-sent your confirmation email with your original entry code.

Still not arriving? Check your spam folder — corporate mail filters are strict about images. The code above works on its own; door staff can enter it manually.

Need to correct your name or details? Filling the form in again will not change them — email imf@kba.com.kw and the organisers will update your booking.

Group booking

Request received

Your group booking request has been received and is awaiting confirmation by the organising team.

Once it is processed, each guest receives their own confirmation email with their own entry code and QR entry pass.

Registration

You're already in a group booking

This email address is included in a group booking, which is awaiting confirmation by the organising team.

There is nothing you need to do. Once the booking is processed you will receive your own confirmation email with your own entry code and QR entry pass — registering again is not needed and would not speed it up.

If you were not expecting to be part of this booking, write to imf@kba.com.kw and the organising team will sort it out.
